The location was great, close to a town and cafe, and the staff, especially the waiter, were incredibly helpful with language assistance. Rewritten: the place is conveniently located near a town and cafe, with a fantastic team, particularly the waiter who went out of his way to assist us with the language.

The male staff in the cafeteria could learn to smile. The hotel is not in Lugo but it is close enough if you have a car.

The rooms at Coto Real are absolutely chic and modern. I felt so relaxed in the seating area, it was just what I needed after a long day. The private bathroom was a nice touch and the bath was so luxurious. a fantastic room for a business guest like me.

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the complimentary toiletries. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

very clean rooms and comfortable beds. great location close to Lugo - with lovely green grounds. friendly and helpful staff - well-trained in hospitality. excellent cuisine served in the main restaurant - especially the quarter of suckling lamb. ample parking space. couldn't recommend more.

Good location for a city trip - close to other nearby attractions and easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room had a nice size and I enjoyed the comfortable bed.

Limited food options for guests, the breakfast was not very good and not much variety. The noise level from other guests was frustrating.
